Paul Rumbuc, State General Agent

Paul Rumbuc is the State General Agent over Michigan and Northern Indiana.  He has been with American Income of Michigan since 1998.  He began in Kentucky, then moved to New York.  In 2004 he was promoted to the State Director of Michigan.  He began with 12 agents in 2003, we now have over 60.  In 2007, he was also put in charge of Northern Indiana.  When asked what made him successful at American Income, he stated, "I don't confuse activity with accomplishment.  Working smart is key."

Steve King, Master General Agent Steve King has been with American Income since 2004.  Before starting with American Income he worked in sales.  He is currently the manager over our Lansing location.  Steve attributes his success at American Income to "giving my clients no less service than I would for myself, and constantly working to improve what I do and how I do it".

Carl Boldon, Master General Agent Carl Boldon has been with us since 1998.  He has a very diverse history including working as an EMT and is currently one of the Master General Agents at our location in Troy.  Carl attributes his success at American Income to "keeping my belief in what I do big and not allowing myself excuses or reasons not to have been successful."

Rod Ward, Master General Agent Rod Ward has been with American Income since 2003.  Previously he was a steelworker.  Rod is the manager at our office in Taylor.  He attributes his success at American Income to "persistence and the "can-do" state of mind".

Darcy Schrieber, Master General Agent Darcy Schrieber has been with us since 2010.  He previously worked as a Vice Principal at a high school.   He is currently the manager in our Troy office. He attributes his success at American Income to "being willing to jump in where you see a need and TRAINING, TRAINING, TRAINING."
