Public Relations

 

We currently have a team of 5 full time Public Relations Representatives who work with unions, credit unions and associations throughout the state of Michigan.  It is their job to explain the benefits available to the groups.  A mailing is then sent to the members explaining the benefits with a card that they return.  It is these cards that are given out to our representatives to contact the member to deliver their no cost benefits and explain additional insurance benefits available.

Our Public Relations Representatives then make sure we keep a good relationship with the groups that we work with.
